The Internal-External Therapy is an effective therapy for the treatment of skin diseases founded by Dr. Tsai Dujun based on many years of research. It was first put into clinical practice in August 1996 and since then had treated 5075 patients, with 4669 or 92% of them successfully cured. It is effective in treating various dermatitis such as dry tinea, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, belb, athlete’s foot, acne, etc. with little side effects. With its impressive record of producing positive therapeutic results, both the western and Chinese medical circles in Japan were shaken and it was awarded the prize of social contribution by the Japanese Imperial Kinsmen.

Although western medication can boast of having the most sophisticated equipments and instruments, it has failed to treat dermatitis. The fact is it only cures the symptoms but not the diseases. Practitioners of modern western medicine can only prescribe vitamin B, vitamin C, oral medication in particular anti histamine and cortisone ointment to temporarily control the symptoms such as blisters, rashes and ulceration while the source of the problem is not being taken care of, allowing it to advance and spread to other areas of the body. As its name implies. the Internal-External Therapy is comprised of two therapeutic stages.

The first stage is oral medication or internal which serves to eliminate internal toxins, eject internal foreign protein and metabolize organic toxin outside the body to enhance the auto-immune ability, promote endocrine circulation, metabolism (improve the ability to eject toxin) and blood circulation. A patient at this stage is required to take orally a medical compound of 35 kinds of Chinese medical herbs known as “Poron-poron” or “FuLang” in Chinese. The second stage of the treatment or external, involves using the latest sucking machine to suck out the polluted blood and fluid. This is to eliminate the cuticula, improving the function of surface body skin.

During the internal treatment period of the therapy, any western medical practice should not be adopted simultaneously on the patient and this includes antibiotic injection, taking antibiotics, vitamin pills and the application of steroid, immune inhibitors, analgesic, antianaphylaxin and antipruritic treatment. The purpose of discontinuing the western medical practice is to allow the toxin inside the body to be metabolized completely out of the body so that the patient can be restored to health. Also during this period, a patient must refrain from consuming beef, mutton, duck or others red meat, fast food, manufactured food, fried version etc. Lesser taken is better.

"I due to stress seriously affects the onset of skin disease and/or its symptoms," Dr. Tsai.

Patients of the Internal-External Therapy are expected to be cured within six to 18 months while those who have been affected for 20 years or more will need a longer period of treatment of about 30 months to completely recover.
